The deposit is $100.00 if the puppy is $400.00 or less. The deposit is $200.00 if the
puppy is $450.00 or more.

I, Michalle Wing, take a deposit of the amount stated above, on the puppy named above. The
deposit is a promise from the buyer to purchase the puppy and a promise from me to hold the
puppy. The deposit is non-refundable unless puppy fails a checkup from a Veterinarian. If for
any reason the buyer changes his/her mind on the puppy he/she picked out, he/she can choose
a different one when one is available. If he/she does not choose another puppy, he/she will lose
the deposit.
Puppies that are to be flown to a destination will have been checked by a licensed Veterinarian
and will have a health certificate. Price of the puppy does not include the cost of the health
certificate, air fare, or shipping crate.
Puppies come with a “puppy pack” which includes the kind of food puppy is currently eating.
The Buyer has read and fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with
them.
